Last week we went to Shlitterbaun (www.schlitterbahn.com/) with Jocelyn's parents who were in town for the weekend. Poppi and Nonni, Ella, Mallie Jaymes, Jocelyn and I all suited up and went splashing for the day. There were waterfall frogs, a lazy river that went around the whole park, mutiple story water slides, and pb & J sammies! Patton loved it.
We visited Gigi & Big upon their return from Colorado.
Mommy got her hair done....then done again.
Mr. Michael Jackson passed away. God rest him! He put out many a good hit, all of which Patton and mommy danced to in Austin.
We went to Austin to visit Mr. Josh who was in a bad wreck. He's doing well and has a big angel on his shoulder. While we were there, we made the most of it and saw the Texas State Capital, the Legislature, and the House. We also went to mass at a beautiful church called St. Mary's.

As we pulled in to Austin (home of the UT Longhorns, Todd and Patton sang the Aggie War Hymn for good measure, just to let them know...

Now we are packing the bus to head to Destin tomorrow for a whole week! Sometimes, just after the "getting ready for vacation" a vaca is warranted! Since MJ passed while we were under the virus wrath, here's a play list of our favorites:

Bravo to you and Todd for taking P to the capitol for a lesson in cvics. As for MJ, we certainly do owe him thanks for many a good moment on the dance floor. Rest in, brother.
