My little Bean turned one on Friday and we had a special weekend. We didn't have water on Friday, so we packed up and headed to Gigi's for the day. We ate lunch, swam and took naps there. That afternoon, Daddy came to get us and we headed off to Navasota to the Ranch.
On the way there, we stopped in Houston to have dinner with Uncle and Mr. Shorty at Hickory Hollow. http://www.hickoryhollowrestaurant.com/index.html It was yummy! The best part was the live Bluegrass.
There was a band there called The Bluegrass Solution http://www.thebluegrasssolution.com/. They were awesome and even sang happy birthday to Patton! The whole restaurant clapped and joined in. He loved it.
Finally, we made it to the ranch, got a great night's sleep, and woke up to play for the weekend. We swam and Patton got to ride the Gator through the pastures with daddy and Big.
