Saturday morning, we loaded up everybody with our boatloads of baby gear: Floats, Strollers, Carseats, wipes, diapers gallore, bottles and clothes for moms and dads. We put it all on the bus and headed to the ranch for the night. Summertime was in full bloom when we pulled up to the Big Diamond S gate. Patton Helped Daddy drive in the gate....
After the babies took naps, we got dressed and went for early church so we could come back and have a cookout. Gigi made beef, fresh beans and corn, along with her world famous, home made black berry cobler. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Served with Home made vanilla Blue Bell Ice cream, of course!

The next morning (after Patton was up for two hours in the night crying for reasons unknown to us, Jack was up, and Ella thought there were snakes in her bed) everyone was happy! These are all the boy cousins. Jack, Patton, & Grant...all Generals.
After a swim in the pool, it was lunch time. The girls taught Patton how to make cookies. Turns out, no matter what toys you have, throw the kiddos on the kitchen floor with measuring cups and you're good for about an hour!
